See how you’re going, see how things are going online. It’s not always easy being an entrepreneur, working in the online space, but it’s very much what we have to do isn’t it?
We have to keep those leads coming in. We have to generate new leads if we’re going to generate more business. It’s all part of what we need to do. We need to expand our network. We need to grow our business. We need to build our connections, and of course, in today’s world, if we’re going to do that, it means we need to be on social media, and we need to be really active.
It’s one of the most powerful ways to attract and convert new clients.
But you know, it can be overwhelming. It was for me in the early days too. For sure there just seemed like there were so many moving parts. Where to post? What to post? When to post? What platform to post on?
It can be a bit overwhelming, and it certainly was for me for quite a while. I think the first couple of years I was just fumbling my way around. I was overwhelmed, and then I learned a few things, and it was suddenly simplified. I realised it didn’t need to be complicated, I just needed a good plan and a strategy, one that worked for my business.
My business has got two arms, they’re very, very different, and they have very different social media strategies. I realised that it is actually quite personal, even for business social media, it’s very personal, we need to customise it for us.
So one of the things that I’ve done is I’ve put together a FREE Workshop to show you just how simple it can be to get your social media on track, and to keep it on track.
I’ve actually called it “Social Media Marketing Made Simple,” because that’s how my brain works. I like to “Keep it Simple, Sweetie.” It’s the KISS principle is it?
Anyway, this mini-workshop, webinar, whatever you’d like to call it, in this FREE workshop, I’ll share with you the steps that I take to keep my social media system working. And it works across the platforms, it works really well for my audience.
I’ve built, what I think is a decent following. They’re actually engaged. The retention rate is high, so they resonate with me. It’s a good audience, and that’s what you want to do. It’s not just about numbers, and what they call vanity metrics. You’re better off having 10,000 or even 1 000 of the right people, than 50 000 who are just numbers.
So in this workshop, I’ll cover that sort of thing. How to create a strategy that works well for YOUR business. How to connect with the right people. Because that really is one of the most important things. All the good stuff… Your profiles, brand consistency to be recognisable, and yet appropriate for the different platforms.
